Julie Pernecker – Associate Director ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) CIP Dip Fin Serv (Broking)
Julie joined the insurance industry in 1996 as part of her father's underwriting agency business, Parks Insurance. She then decided to expand her knowledge of insurance through an international broking firm; however after 2 years she made the move back to the family business where she could continue to specialise in insuring caravan parks. Before selling Parks Insurance to Lumley in 2006, Julie and her father Rob had established themselves as the "parks and resorts industry" insurance specialists increasing their portfolio from just 22 parks to over 1400 parks Australia wide. Julie had built many wonderful relationships with her customers and couldn't dream of not being there for them, so when the business was sold she ensured that she was able to join the Lumley team where she would still be able to apply her expertise and support to her clients.

Julie is now heading up All Parks Insurance where her aim remains unchanged, to continue supporting the Caravan Park industry as their specialist underwriting agency. Julie sees the Caravan Park industry as part of her extended family and strives to provide them with the old fashioned service and work ethics they deserve. She values commitment, honesty and integrity and is there to take each step in the insurance process along with her clients from the beginning right through to the end.

Julie is an ANZIIF (Senior Associate) CIP and also holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking).

Matt Tomkins – Claims Officer
Matt began his working career as part of Sales Executive team for one of Australia’s largest telecommunications providers however after a company restructure in 2000 he decided to make the move across to the Insurance Industry where he found his niche working with claims.

Matt started out working in the major loss team for a large Australian insurance company where he was exposed to numerous complex claims. He also spent almost an entire year dedicated to processing catastrophe claims at his Melbourne based office following Cyclone Yasi in 2011. Taking a break, Matt chose to broaden his experience outside the insurance industry when he accepted the position of Insurance and Risk Management with the City of Boroondara in Victoria where he was required to manage all of the Council’s liability claims, risk assessments and fleet of vehicles. This was an invaluable experience and he transferred all of these skills across when he decided to return to the insurance industry working with commercial claims and then as an Industrial Special Risks claims manager.

Matt joined All Parks Insurance in September 2014 and his passion and dedication to claims management is the perfect accompaniment for the team’s overall dedication to the Caravan Park Industry.

Jessica Raeside – Underwriter Dip Fin Serv (Gen Ins & Broking)
Jess joined the insurance industry in 2005. Her first role was working with Parks Insurance alongside Julie Pernecker. After a few years of she decided to transition over to the world of broking and see how the ‘other side’ of the fence worked. Jess joined a local insurance brokerage in 2008 and it was here that she flourished. After proving her abilities she was made responsible for servicing a small portfolio of clients and she dedicated herself to providing them exceptional service. Through this role Jess also gained invaluable industry experience and confidence.

Jess has now joined All Parks Insurance in July 2016 and again is able to work alongside Julie. As part of the fabulous team, Jess is excited to be able to continue to provide her incomparable service to their brokers and clients alike.

Deborah Tisano – Office Administrator
Deborah worked within the hospitality industry for 10 years where she gained a valuable insight and skills for managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. She then progressed to work for a large telecommunication provider for several years before moving into the banking and finance industry where she was for 12 years. During her time in the banking and finance industry Deborah developed a high level of expertise in dealing with sensitive information and processing a range of products for commercial and personal customers. Deborah was also able to assist her clients with their personal insurance requirements and set them up with motor, home and travel insurance policies to ensure they were looked after. In this time there were a number of industry changes and Deborah was also involved in integrating and assisting customers across to a number of on-line banking services.

Deborah joined All Parks Insurance in July 2013 and as she is a country girl at heart, she understands what is needed in order to provide exceptional service and is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the high level of service they deserve.

Greg Hinten – Risk Assessor
As part of the All Park Insurance service, we visit every situation that we insure so that we can conduct a Risk Management Inspection Survey. Greg is one of our dedicated Independent Risk Assessors who conducts the Risk Management Inspection Surveys, which are designed to help parks to minimise the incidence of claims.

Greg began his insurance career in 1969 with a small general insurance company and later gained experience with an Insurance Broking firm. He then joined a one of Australia’s largest insurance companies in 1972 where he became an Accredited Financial Planner. Greg worked dutifully with this company for 34 years taking an early retirement.

Early in 2007, Greg decided to re-join the insurance industry as a Risk Assessor. It was then that he began his association with Julie as part of the Parks Insurance team and he now continues to provide the same exceptional service as part of the All Parks Insurance team.
