BIG4 Holiday Parks was established in 1979 when four caravan park owners decided to band together because 'the whole is greater than the sum of the parks'. These four were passionate about all things holiday and were dedicated to their vision of creating parks that were foremost in their facilities, accommodation and service.

BIG4 has now grown to over 170 Holiday Parks around Australia and boasts over 150,000 BIG4 members. They have also established strong relationships with international holiday park brands, who have reciprocal membership benefits, Top 10 Holiday Parks in New Zealand and a master licencing agreement with North America's Kampgrounds of America.

In the past 30 years they have worked tirelessly to become one of the most recognised brands in the Holiday Park industry and they have a reputation for high standards, and their parks are a world away from the basic accommodation and simplistic amenity blocks of the 1970's. They continue to build their community and the BIG4 Holiday experience is one that all can enjoy whether it be BIG or small.
